It starts when you're young, when you have no resistance, nothing holding you back, and all the dreams in the world, and all the belief that you can do it.

Then it happens….

Your parent tells you time and again and again that you can not achieve. Your teacher tells you to be realistic you can't do that. Be realistic, your only a C- student, your failing most of your courses, you will never be good at anything, you should do manual labor and be happy with that.

Everywhere you go, you are told you can't, you just are not good enough; and you can not succeed with this level of education. You're told you need to be certified. Your told you need to be educated, you're told that you must be certified to get hired.

You are told to conform or you will never succeed. You are told to be a good person, conform to their way of thinking. You are told their way of thinking is the best way, and conforming is the only way to be anything in this world.

Then one day your old enough to look back on the dreams you had, that were great dreams and ideas, and each one of them stepped all over by someone you loved, admired, or looked up to.

How could they do that to you, how could they be so heartless as to do such a thing? Why would they do it? What made them do this?? When will people realize this has to stop?? Who are these people to destroy a child's dream and aspiration?

I, like many, had parents, teachers, and those I looked up to and admired, that said all that… be realistic your grades are not good enough to be successful your not good enough, etc, etc..

Dream slayers & dream killers are those that hate their life, and have it only within themselves to make others miserable. These are the people that are the disease in society; the people without love, imagination, fun, hopes and dreams.

Parents are the worst offenders of this, and little do parents and teachers ever realize, that your child will never forgive you, EVER.

Teachers, you are the second worst, because you believe in a flawed learning system, you destroy their dreams almost as fast as they are born, just like parents.

Brothers and sisters are damned near as bad as parents in many ways and worse then teachers, because you have to live with them, because years later they will bring something up that they stomped on.

Friends and bullies are really bad, and can be as worse or worse then family and teachers, because these are people you actually fear, and hate. These are the people that will humiliate and embarrass you for malice and glee, just to torture you and that I will have to say just has to stop.

We make our children into drones and idiots we create the problems we have in schools, we create school shootings, because of how we structure and have our education system.

We force children to be in school for 6-7 hours a day and then another 1-4 hours more of homework. The human mind can not handle that much information being put into their minds. Yet, we think it's good for students to have to spend 70% of their waking day on school and homework. That is called stupidity and insanity.

After striving to reach that dream we have to say to get here or there you need a 3.75 GPA to get anywhere in life. Unfortunately that's a lie, and one of many students are told to believe.

Students go to elementary school and teachers send them home with homework. Then, high school, more homework, and then off to college or university, more homework, and after college or university its debt.

The system seems to teach two things, working hard gets you burnt out, and in debt. The little detail they don't tell you when you decide to go to college or university, it costs a lot of money to do so. What they don't tell you is that what you learn in life will be more important then what you learned in high school.

To this day the public schools simply Betty-Crocker the girls and GI-Joe the boys. Meaning either way the students are not prepared for society, and nor are they told they too can be leaders in schools, well because most of them are prisons.

Schools are by design, designed to make your child a moron a complete idiot, void of free thinking ideas, and the ability to think outside the box. They label free thinkers and those that don't conform to the system of education, trouble makers, and need Ritalin.

These are the people that are classed as the problem child and need to be controlled. Let me explain something to those people and professionals, you're the morons and idiots. You do not get it at all, you do not understand what is wrong, and make no attempts to understand what is wrong with the education system, so I will tell you.

You are using an old style of thinking for starters and an old style of education, which was used at the turn of the last century, also called the 20^th century. This system is old flawed, weak, and does not work for the students in this day and age. Dictating information to students is archaic, standing at the front of the classroom dictating for an hour does not work, and then giving them homework on top of that due tomorrow is completely stupid.

Teachers need to learn how to impart information in a new method of teaching by teaching, engaging, and reviewing, and having a small assignment based on that class, without the extra homework.

Homework for one, takes time away from downtime, from the ability to recharge their brain and absorb that information, and most of all understand it.

The style of education that is taught today is as old as the hills. It is time to change education where there is more interactivity in classes, more conversation, review, and understanding.  When students walk away from your class and hate it, its time to look at what you're doing wrong, and fix it.

Educating the youth and imparting information in a way that makes these youth wanting to come back again and learn more should be a priority of all teachers.

The system needs to be fixed, and it needs to be changed. Teachers stand up for the students, and students stand up for yourself, you have a right to a good education, and teachers should be there to teach not dictate.

Teachers give back students that yearning to reach for the stars, tell them they can achieve, tell them they can strive for that goal, help them along the way, point them in the right direction, mentor them, and if you can't mentor, find them someone that will.

The way students are taught is just as important as the information that is imparted.

Stop being a dream killer is all I ask.
